Our large inventory of parts and maintenance kits  means most of the time we can fix your equipment with one visit.  If we  don't have your part, we have developed business partnerships with over a  half dozen distributors to get the part economically and quickly ...  most of the time overnight.

With the rare exception, diagnosis  is free and we never order parts or do work before you know and approve  of the total cost.  In most instances, we can respond to your emergency  needs the same day ... certainly the next day.  You are also welcome to  bring your printer to us.  Fast, simple and easy.
